I’m Dennis, a food scientist by training and a food lover by nature.
I started SafeBite360 because I kept seeing a gap between what happens in the food industry and what most people actually know about it. So much goes on behind the scenes; from farms and factories to supermarkets and street vendors – and I believe that understanding food better helps us eat better and live better.
